Lifting Loading Cassettes Correctly

We have received several reports from the field about damage that has been caused to new loading cassettes because they were improperly lifted. As a result, a sticker that illustrates the correct way to lift cassettes will be affixed to each new loading cassette (shown below).

Please ensure that, when unpacking new loading cassettes, or when lifting loading cassettes for any reason at all, you lift them in the correct manner, as shown in the picture below.
