Drum Vacuum Pump - Changing the Oil Separation Cartridge

This cartridge must be replaced every six months CreoScitex P/N - 342D10000.

1. Screw open and remove black retaining knob [5] 
   See Figure 3. Air filter Replacement

2. Remove cover plate [6], (use a screw driver) and unscrew retaining hex nut.

3. Remove pressure disc and remove the filter [7]. See Figure 3. Oil Cartridge Replacement

4. Replace the filter and then replace the pressure disc.

   Note: The pressure disc is cone shaped and the cone must be opposite the filter.

5. Screw hex nut into place and then replace the outer cover plate.

6. Screw black knob into place

Air Filter Replacement P/N – 610S00651

1. The Air filter should be clean every six months and replaced every 12 months.

2. Open air filter casing [1], open 3 retaining clips , remove cover and slide filter out of casing.

3. Insert new filter , fit casing cover and close clips.
