Alignment Pin Half Web Installation

The revised alignment pin half web is installed in the factory as follows:

1. Remove the two Allen screws on both of the two center spring spoilers, and then remove the spring spoilers.

Note: Hold the spring spoilers as you remove the screws, so that the spoilers do not fall.

2. With a syringe, put white NSK grease around the circumference of the eccentric pin as shown below, and then insert the pin into the alignment pin version 2.



3. Insert the alignment pin version 2 into the groove as shown below, and secure it with two 8-32*5/8 Allen screws and washers.



4. Reinstall each of the spring spoilers and hold each in place with one Allen screw, but do not tighten the screws.
5. Push on each spring spoiler, as shown below, to snap the spring into place.



6. Insert the second Allen screw into each spring spoiler and tighten all four screws.
