General

The Plate Centering system ensures that a plate which is being loaded will be accurately centered before being punched and loaded onto the drum for imaging.

The plate centering system is located in front of the punch bar assembly. The system is connected by 2 screws to flanges on the left and right hand side of the punch bar assembly. The holes are slotted to enable centering adjustment of the system.

Tools

1. Centering Jigs
2. Set of Allen keys
3. Philips head screw driver

Disassembly

1. Disconnect the Lotem centering wiring that connects to the centering system.
2. Undo and remove two screws on each side of the centering system.
3. Remove the centering system from the Machine.

Assembly

1. Place the new centering inside the loading system
2. Place the screws of the centering system, and follow the plate centering adjustments.
