Software Version 3.61.00 on Lotem 800 S Forms

Description

When loading Lotem™ PC version 3.61.00, the message: "unable to convert data base files" appears on the monitor. When accessing the GUI for the first time, the message: "illegal parameters read from grid file - write and reload a default grid?" appears on the monitor. In addition, when running diagnostics on version 3.61.00, the diagnostic test tree does not appear on the monitor.

To ensure your machine produces the desired results, make sure the following software parameters are set, as follows:

1. Change the unload detector from 29 to 30.
2. Ensure the top margin is between 6 and 10, and the tolerance for the unload motor is between 3 and 15.
3. Check the Registry parameter values on the Lotem 800 S Forms (edge detection without punch spiral). The following values should be configured:
