MCF Board LED Status During Operation

MCF Board P/N  503C2L166S

The following indicators and functionality may be changed in future versions of H/W & S/W.

The following are remarks that indicate appropriate operation of the MCF board:

  1. Red LED – xil 0 - During the start-up of the Lotem application the xil 0 LED should flicker, which indicates that the xiling is loaded to the MCF board.
  2. Green led – Index – When the drum is rotated, with each revolution of the drum, the drum encoder sends a signal of the encoder index.  With each encoder index signal the LED will flicker on the MCF board.
  3. Master and Slave red LED’s – The two LED’s should flicker when the drum motor window and the carriage window open , this will indicate that there is communication with the DSP loop inside the MCF board
