Technical Support - In order to support you with all issues that may come up with the Somitomo fusion Splicer, please find the support process channel.
Since we are purchasing all Somitomo from UK they are responsible for the support and warranty of the units for one year.
With any issues you need to call to the Somitomo office in UK.

Training - If you would like to get more training on the unit, there are dedicated slots available for us. The training is free of charge and will take place in UK. I will take care of the training arrangements.
Note:
During the Lotem training in STIL we are conducting sessions on the Somitomo as well .
