5 volt power supply in the L-box

Error

• DDB card does not respond
• DDB card failed

Symptoms

Occasionally, in between exposures, the platesetter generates DDB card error messages.

Cause

The 5 volt power supply in the L-box is causing the error messages to be generated.

Solution

Replace the 5 volt power supply in the L-box:

• Power supply wide range 5V/30A w/pwr fact: Order p/n 209A05302
• 48 beam L-box: Order p/n 209A10905 - p/s 5V 600W w/pwr factor
• 24 beam L-box: Order p/n 209A00130 - p/s switching 5V/60A
