Upper Roller Pin Catches on the Mounting Block

As we are still receiving complaints about this pin (which joins the air cylinder shaft to the upper roller arm) causing intermittent problems, we recommend reversing the pin so that the securing clip is on the right hand side (pin pointing outwards instead of inwards) and cannot catch on to anything.

An ECO solving this problem was implemented starting February 2000 , yet you may still have this problem with older machines .
