Problem:Double loading of plates Solution:During upgrade (or immediately thereafter) to S/W 2.10.06 you need to disable the following detector. Unloading System / " Plate on unload beside Drum Detector". Right click on the detector and close the detector. Change from 1 to 0. It is very important to disable this detector even if you are not installing it, since during upgrade to ver 2.10.06 this detector by default is open. This detector caused plate crash at one of our Lotem users in STA. Scenario that happened at the customer site...The detector indicated to the S/W to start second plate loading before the first plate unloading had ended. The consequence was, that the Lotem "succeeded" loading two plates and the plate crash happened... This detector is supposed to indicate to the S/W to start loading the second plate as soon as the entire first plate passes the detector, in order to save a few seconds. |
