Loading issues with the new loading system: Intermittent crooked image on plate,
plate not mounting consistently onto spiral pin of drum,
errors with X or Y position values or generally any intermittent errors with
the XY plate handling or paper disposal.
CAUSE : The small belt on the X or Y motor is loose. This belt needs
to be tightened for no slack, yet allow belt to be rotated 90* when twisted
between thumb and forefinger with a bit of pressure.
