The following default loading system parameters in version 3.20.01 are not appropriate, and must be reset:
These parameter values will be corrected in Version 3.6.
This parameter determines how far down the XY system goes to retrieve the slip-sheet
from the cassette.
The default value of 35 mm is too large and can cause damage to the loading
system as well as loading problems and error messages. The suction cup bar cannot
really go that low in the cassette, so it pushes against the bottom of the cassette.
It is strongly recommended to change the value of this parameter to 6.
This parameter determines how far into the cassette the XY loading system goes
to open the paper clips before picking up the paper.
The default value of 395 mm is too large and can, in some cases, cause
the XY bar to hit the front panel screws, cause a mechanical collision and damage
the loading system, as well as loading problems and error messages.
It is strongly recommended to change the value of this parameter to 386 mm.
