Symptoms

When you define a new plate measuring 795 mm x 1060 mm, and send a job from the Brisque to be printed on the new plate, the Kodak Lotem Controller software generates the following error message:

Important: This error message is only generated when a new plate’s dimensions are defined as 795 mm x 1060 mm.

Cause

Strobe board 5 is not capable of handling plates measuring 795 mm x 1060 mm.

Solution

Replace the strobe 5 board with a strobe 7 board.
