Actually, we had a problem like a scratch at customers who use Mitsubishi Plate. (LT-1)
It is not a streek shape but looks like lines of pinholes which has a pitch of approx. 3.8 cm between each pinholes.
After some investigation, we confirmed that the pinholes are for sure caused by Load / Unload rollers. First we tried to polish the surface of rollers in order to make it flat. But it did not help enough.
Then we decided to put rubber tube that covered all of the Load / Unload rollers as a workaround.
As you know we had an issue with pinholes which has a pitch of approx. 3.8 cm between each pinholes. These phenomenons were shown on Horsell plates and Lastra plates.
To fix this problem we replaced the rollers of the loading and unloading rollers to a new type made from unpigmented polyurethane.
Only if you see these phenomenon on plate place order for the following:
The P/N of one unit is - 290A2M938.
You need to order 46 ( 2 spare) rollers for replacement with the old type rollers that exist in the Lotem. (22 for the loading and 22 for the unloading).
