Symptoms

Identifying the Windows Image and Bios versions currently installed on your machine.

Solution

Use the following procedure to identify the Windows Image and Bios versions installed on your Lotem:

1. On the Desktop, right-click any of the Desktop's folders to display its context menu.

2. If the Sharing option is displayed in the context menu, then Windows Image version 2.0 and Bios version 1.2 are installed on your Lotem, as shown in the picture below.

3. If the Sharing option is not displayed in the context menu, then Windows Image version 1.0 and Bios version 1.1 are installed on your Lotem.
