Lotem 800 Controller software version 3.75.09

Error

Station platform does not allow to configure a new device of selected type.

Symptoms

If the CFL FCO has been implemented on a Lotem 800 II platesetter, and you then attempt to upgrade the Lotem 800 Controller software from version 3.75.01 to software version 3.75.09, the Station platform.. error message is generated and the upgrade fails.

Solution

• Verify that the dongle is installed correctly
• Perform a cold start
• Replace the Brisque's CPU
