Lotem Spectrum Illegal Plate Size Error |

| Problem description | The Lotem Spectrum XY system contains a metal bar that covers the suction cups on the Y?axis. The first time the machine performs centering when loading a plate smaller then 750 mm, there is a possibility that the centering pins will reach the XY metal bar before reaching the edge of the plate. |

| Cause | Upon first loading of a plate under 750 mm, the centering pins reach the XY metal bar before reaching the edge of the plate. |

| Solution | Change the X In Punch parameter to ~164.
The parameter is accessed through Utilitites>Hardware>Loading System>Loading System Setup. It may also be necessary to change the X Extra In Punch parameter to ~65. The parameter is accessed through Utilitites>Hardware>Load Plates>From Cassette To Punch Entry Stage. After changing the required parameters, perform loading with all customer plate sizes to verify that the error does not occur. |
