Symptoms

During the unloading sequence, the gripper actuator pins that press down on the head grippers, fail to make the spoilers rise high enough above the drum to successfully unload a plate.

Cause

The existing middle spring spoilers are not durable enough and weaken with usage.

Solution

Implement FCO 512-00120A/512-00121A Improving the middle spring spoilers.
