Symptoms

• The space between the 24 wheels, on the unloading rollers, is too large, and consequently plates become stuck between the wheels.
• Plate corners bend as they hit the middle set of rollers

These problems are more apparent when using the following plate sizes:

• 490 mm x 673 mm
• 1130 mm x 905 mm
• M1000 plates 23½ ‘’ cutoff x 38” (approx. 597 mm x 965 mm)
• M110 465 mm x 640 mm

Cause

The space in between the 24 wheels on the unloading rollers is too large.

Solution

Implement FCO 512-00290A Improving the unload rollers protecting the plate.
