Symptoms

Some customer sites deliberately prevent access to the the Internet.

Cause

Microsoft Windows 2000 has not been updated to include the latest security patches.

Solution

Install the latest Microsoft Windows 2000 image CD, version 1.04.
Note: All the security patches have been tested and approved for the Lotem 850 platesetter and the Lotem 800 II family of platesetters.
