Error

The “Network subsystem has failed“ error message appears on the monitor.

Cause

The error message appears if there is a problem with the CPU’s LAN driver.

Solution

1. Download the latest LAN driver (version 1.16.1.0) from one of the following sources:
   
   CPU manufacturer:
   http://www.inside.dk/webdownload/lan.exe (10 MB)
   
   Or
   
   TechPlanet:
   LAN driver executable file (10 MB)
   Note: The new LAN driver will also be included in the upcoming 3.75.09 Update #2 CD.
2. To install the LAN driver, double-click the downloaded lan.exe file.
3. After the installation has been completed, restart your computer.
