 One Click launching was starting automatically every time the PC boots and when you activate it manually you have to close it few times before it shut down (the script was opening a Chat window ?!)
Clicking on the Help icon you get an error that a new version of HHCTRL.OCX is needed to view the file .

Two possible causes for the automatic launch:

  1. The VNC was installed as a service.
    To correct this - select "Start > Programs > VNC > Administrative Tools > Remove WinVNC Service"
  2. The NetMeeting was left in the desktop sharing mode.
    To correct this -
    Launch the NetMeeting
    Select "Tools > Remote Desktop Sharing" from the NetMeeting menu
    Uncheck the "Enable Remote Desktop Sharing on this computer" option
    Click the OK button
    Select "Call > Exit" from the NetMeeting menu.
