Cause

Debugging a problem that relates to TSP.

Solution

Copy the TSP error log located on the Brisque.
Note: Booting erases the TSP error log file.

To copy the TSP error log:

1. On the Brisque, open the terminal and type cd/tmp to locate the TSP error log file.
2. Copy the tspErrors.log file to a DataVolumes files. For example:
   cp -p tspErrors.log/dataVolumes/brisque.1.1.0.
3. From the mounted brisque1.1.0 (on the Macintosh computer), copy the copied tspErrors.log file to a floppy diskette.
   
4. Send the copied TSP error log to the relevant PSS to follow-up.
