Multi-cassette unit for Lotem^® 800

Symptoms

When swapping over the multi-cassette unit’s (MCU) cassette #5 with cassette #1, the #5 cassette stops approximately 2–4 mm beneath the correct level.

Cause

Cassette #5’s internal coding for the MCU elevator movement script is incorrect.

Solution

To solve the problem with MCU cassette #5, three downloadable patches are available on the Downloads site:

• Update #3 for software version 3.61.02
• Update #2 for software version 3.72.02
• Update #1 for software version 3.75.09

In addition a CD (part number 633-00349A) containing all three downloadable patches can be ordered through Logistics.
