This FCO explains how to replace the Load/Unload tray to enable easy access for cleaning
the nozzle.

Reason For Change
To enable easy access to clean the nozzle.
Description of Change
1. Remove the old loading tray and interlock finger brackets.
2. Disassemble the rubber roller, laser interlock and housing; assemble them on a new tray.
3. Install new tray and interlock finger brackets.
4. Explain to the customer how to clean the nozzle.
Note: Remember the customer is not allowed to use a cheater.
Change Procedure
1. Undo and remove the loading tray.
2. Undo and remove the securing screws from the new loading tray:

3. Undo and remove the Laser Interlock and Install it in the new tray.
4. Disassemble the roller by opening two screws on one side of the roller support arm.
5. Install the roller from the old tray leaving a gap of 2 mm between the E- ring and the white bearing.
Note: Pay attention to the roller end shaft. The side with the long shaft should be located on the right side of the tray.

6. Open both side doors and install the brackets with four screws ,one on each side.

7. Place the new tray inside the machine and secure two shaft screws on each side of tray.

8. Secure the tray with the same four screws from the old tray, two on each side.
9. Remove both the interlock finger brackets and install the new ones.

10. Pull the adjustable brackets all the way down and tighten them moderately.
11. Gently close the door and the brackets will be pushed to their correct position.
12. Open the door carefully and tighten the brackets securely.

Test Procedure
1. Verify that the tray opens freely.
2. Verify that the roller rotates so that the upper side rotates towards the drum.
