Error

DDB returned illegal buffer length

Symptoms

After installing the UDRC sensor and updating the ThermoFlex Controller software version, the error message appears.

Cause

The L-box hardware is not supported by the following versions of ThermoFlex Controller software:

• Windows^® 95 1.32.350.004 or higher
• Windows XP 2.02.354.005 or higher
