Kodak ThermoFlex Mid II

Symptoms

During exposure, although the loading table and all doors and panels are closed, interlock errors appear, such as the Carriage cannot move because the interlock is active and the job fails. Then the system returns to Ready mode.

Cause

Distribution board version 3/8 malfunctions.

Solution

Check the version of the distribution board, and replace the board if required:

1. In ThermoFlex Controller, in the Hardware tree, select Boards and then double-click Distribution board.
2. In the Distribution Card dialog box, in the SoftWare area, verify the following:
   • The Version is 3.
   • The SubVer (subversion) is 8.
     
3. If the Distribution board is version 3/8, replace the board with a board that has a higher subversion.

Test

Load a plate and close the loading table. Verify that no interlock error messages appear.
