Error

This program has performed an illegal operation and will be shut down

Symptoms

After you update the Controller software version, during exposure, a message appears in ThermoFlex Controller:

• Controller version 1.32.350.004 crashes.
• Controller version 2.02.354.005, does not crash, but does not expose, and an additional message or messages regarding UDRC or vacuum appears.

Cause

The UDRC parameter value in the configuration setting is not correct.

Solution

In the Hardware tree (..\LotemFlexo\Machine …), change the UDRC Installed parameter to the the relevant value:
NONE=0, UDRC_BP = 1, UDRC_LC = 2, UDRC_BF = 3, OTHER = 4
Note: If the debris removal nozzle does not have a vacuum sensor, select 4.
