Setscrews in loading motor gear wheel

Symptoms

When you press the Rotate Drum button during loading or unloading, the drum does not rotate. This happens mostly, but not exclusively, with full-size plates.

Cause

The setscrews are not strong enough to secure the gear wheel to the shaft.

Solution

Replace the setscrews with 8*32*1/2 hex screws.
