Cause

During the punch entry to drum entry stage of the loading sequence, when the XY bar transports a 340 x 550 mm (13.39 x 21 x 65 in.) plate from the punch to the drum, the edge of the plate collides with the support rollers and is forcefully pulled from the suction cups.

Solution

1. Remove the set of rollers on which the plate collides.
2. In the registry, decrease the value of the Y Up after Do punch parameter to 60.
