Error

• Full format HASP key service is required.
• F_Speed key(s) is required for the platesetter to achieve maximum specifications. You can operate the platesetter without the F_Speed key(s) but only at limited functionality. Insert the F_Speed key(s) and restart your PC, or contact your service representative.

Symptoms

Hasp error message appears when starting the Magnus 400 controller software.

Cause

Wrong machine type is defined in the software installation.

Solution

Do one of the following actions:

• Restart the Magnus 400 Controller software.
• Reload the registry, disconnect the dongle, and reinstall the Magnus 400 Controller software.
