Symptoms

Jobs are stuck in the Kodak Xpo^™ software queue.

Cause

In the Kodak Magnus 400 Controller 1.02.393 software, if you change the Loading System > Properties > Timeout For Shutdown UDRC mSec parameter to a value that is less than 300,000 ms and submit jobs one after the other, the jobs get stuck in the queue and the last job in the Xpo software queue might abort.

Solution

In the registry, go to \Magnus400\MACHINE and change the UDRC Installed (NONE=0, UDRC_BP = 1, UDRC_LC = 2, UDRC_BF = 3, OTHER = 4) parameter from UDRC_LC = 2 to OTHER = 4.

Do not change the value of the Timeout For Shutdown UDRC mSec parameter.
