Error

5269: continuously 20 stop spiral without data

Cause

A stop spiral overflow has occurred.

Solution

After each adjustment or part replacement, check whether the problem is resolved. If not, proceed to the next step.

1. Verify that the cable between the LIF and the TSP boards is firmly connected.
2. Verify that the workflow software is not overloaded by other tasks such as RIP, Preview, and so on.
   If tasks are running, wait until they finish, or close them.
3. Run the same job again.
4. If the problem persists, run the LIF board diagnostics tests.
   • The test passes—proceed to step 5.
   • The test fails—replace the LIF board.
5. Run the TSP board diagnostic tests.
   • The test passes—replace the LIF-TSP cable.
   • The test fails—replace the TSP board.
