Error

5739: A problem occurred in Laser Device because current overload in laser driver

Cause

The scan mechanism on the LDA driver detects a current above ~1 A, which could cause damage to the LDA.

Solution

After each adjustment or part replacement, check whether the problem is resolved. If not, proceed to the next step.

1. Verify that the cable connections between the LDA driver and the LDA head or LIF board are not loose.
2. Verify that the cables between the LDA driver and the LDA head or LIF board are functioning, and replace any cable that is not functioning.
3. Run diagnostics on the LDA board.
4. If the LDA board does not pass diagnostic testing, replace the LDA board.
