Cause

When using Kodak P0048 negative plates on a Magnus 400 platesetter, the unload conveyor speed was much faster than the processor speed.

Solution

The first conveyor motor speed was set to 0.9. The second conveyor speed was set to 0.5. Lowering these values did not slow down the conveyor enough to match the processor speed.

To match the unload conveyor speed with the processor speed, change the unload conveyor motor velocity from 2 Kp to 1 Kp.
