Optimizing the Width Start Image Area According to Plate Size on Magnus 400 and Magnus 400 II Family Platesetters

The difference in distance between the inner registration pin and the outer registration pin is 0.5 mm.

To ensure that your plate is properly aligned for plate exposure, in the Properties: Magnus400\MACHINE dialog box, adjust the following parameter value:

• For small plates: Adjust the value of the Width Start Image Area For Plate - GTO (mm) parameter.
• For large plates: Adjust the value of the Width Start Image Area (mm) parameter.
