Error

Machine dongle not detected.

Solution

1. Quit the Controller software.
2. Start either SPlot or Service Shell.
3. At the Quantum>> command prompt, type reset.

   One of the following messages appears:
   Machine dongle not detected.
Machine dongle detected.

4. If the message Machine dongle not detected appears, in SPlot or Service Shell, at the Quantum>> command prompt, type the following commands, pressing enter after each command:
   access dev
stg delete flash 2405
access expert
feature agarhs MaxDrumSpeed 380
reset
   

   The message Machine dongle detected should appear while the platesetter is being reset.
