Unloading platform motor harness

Symptoms

Abrasive damage effects the unloading platform motor wiring harness.

Cause

Excessive raising and lowering of the unloading platform causes abrasions to the unloading platform motor wiring harness.

Solution

1. Protect the unloading platform wiring harness by enclosing it in a plastic spiral wire protector (405E04000).
   
   
   
   
   
   
2. Strategically attach a piece of lined grommet edging (203B10280) to the platesetter mainframe. The grommet protects the motor wiring harness from abrasion.
   
   
   
   
   
   

Note: The plastic spiral wire protector (405E04000) and the lined grommet edging (203B10280) are both included in the Magnus 800 personal parts kit.
