Kodak^® Magnus^™ 800 platesetter
This troubleshooting procedure is applicable to the following platesetters:

• Magnus 800 platesetters with serial numbers ranging from M80300 to M80320
• Magnus 800 platesetters that have no spacer clips on the unloading conveyor. (Most of these platesetters have serial numbers of less than M80300.)

Symptoms

The unloading platform moves sideways.

Cause

The unloading conveyor axle is missing spacer clips (part number 318-00052).

Solution

Install five spacer clips onto each side of the unloading platform axle in order to prevent the platform from moving sideways.
Note: Use the specifications below to obtain the spacer clips from your local hardware store. If you cannot find the specified spacer clips contact Yaron Shifman.
