Error |
Error # 35783 |
Symptoms |
Wrong temperature readings. |
Cause |
- Damaged cable to the sensor (most likely error)
- Damaged MCE
- Faulty ballscrew sensor
Solution |
- Replace the cable (10-9094A) that goes to J46 on the MCE.
- Replace the MCE (10-4766D).
- Replace the ballscrew sensor (10-0967A).
Move the carriage to the away position and remove the temperature sensor. There is no Loctite on the threads,
so the sensor should be fairly easy to remove. See Replacing the ballscrew temperature sensor document on the Procedures page.
If access to the sensor is difficult, disconnect the carriage from the ball screw nut. See Disconnecting the carriage from the ballscrew document on the Procedures page. |
