Error

NVS parameter changes are lost after resetting the device and workstation.

Cause

When copying the NVS parameter file from a CD onto the workstation while installing a GMCE based Magnus VLF, the file properties are set to read only preventing the Magnus VLF from writing its updated settings to the NVS parameter file.

Solution

Remove the read only attribute from the NVS parameter file GMCENVS00.Bin located in C:\Creo\Firmware.
