Edge detect camera

Error

Infinite edge detect could occur or registration errors could be present.

Cause/Solution

Causes:

1. Camera may need to be re-calibrated.
2. A faulty CCD camera causing the camera images to be fuzzy or out of focus. In the sample images below, good images are shown on the left with faulty images on the right.

Solutions:

1. Recalibrate the camera according to the Edge Detect Camera Installation and Calibration document.
2. Replace the camera assembly.
