Shock

The APL safety loop is local and does not inhibit the Magnus VLF output device. Therefore, from inside the APL, an operator or service engineer could reach into the Magnus VLF and contact mechanical hazards—including the rotating drum.

On PDB boards version J and earlier, it is possible that the relay controlling power to the TH3 fails in a closed state. This will allow the TH3 to operate even if the doors are opened. See troubleshooting error #45243 for details.
