Debris removal vacuum level low (error number 19002)

Product

ThermoFlex

Machines affected

All devices that have the latest nozzle (50-2130C) and a UDRC-BF.

Error

Debris removal vacuum level low (error number 19002)

Symptoms

The firmware error message 19002 (Debris removal vacuum level low) displays, and the ThermoFlex device has the latest debris nozzle (50-2130C) and a UDRC-BF.

Solution

  1. Open the away side of the machine. Check that the 5/32" black air line from the debris nozzle is connected to the 1/4" hose, which in turn is connected to the pressure sensor on the TEE board.
Note:  The 1/4" hose used to be connected from the pressure tap at the bulkhead fitting to the TEE board pressure sensor, when debris removal was handled by a Morgan cabinet.
  2. Check that the green LED on the UDRC is on, and that the power plug is properly connected. It is possible for the LED to be on but the power cord not to be connected.
  3. Check that debris removal is turned on by typing "dr on".
  4. Check that the system is measuring pressure by typing "dr". The value should be higher than 1 psi. A typical value might be 1.8 psi.
  5. Type "set sys dbt" and make sure the value is set at 10 (default).
