Symptoms |
While a plate is imaging, a status bar displays on the workstation to show the operator what percentage of the job has completed. Occasionally the bar will stall when it reaches over 90% completion, leading the operator to assume that the plate has not fully imaged and must be discarded. |

Cause |
A bug in ThermoFlex MPE firmware v1.4 causes the status bar to stick occasionally, even though the plate has imaged successfully. |
