Symptoms

 Workstation serial communications: ok
Active Images:
Image ID: 4 Load Started, Image task state is 3
SUSPENDED: Autoloader2: Focus laser saturated, Please check media surface reflectivity is correct
SCSI Initiator 7: transfer period = 0x4, transfer offset = 0x8
SCSI state is currently 1
Plate locations: 
Drum: Active

Causes and
Solutions

 Media is loaded upside down.

Load media the right way up.
Note: If media is loaded upside down and the head actually images, it will transfer the film emulsion onto the drum permanently. This will cause reflective artifacts on flexo plates imaged after that.
