In general, the boards used in the ThermoFlex are very robust.
When troubleshooting a PCP assembly, reseat all connectors first, then check all voltage supply test points. Checking the voltage supply test points will help isolate the more common connection and power supply failures sooner.
Warning:
Many of the electrical components in a ThermoFlex are extremely sensitive to
electrostatic discharges. You must be well grounded with an antistatic wrist
strap connected to a ground point within the ThermoFlex before accessing an
electrical component.
Warning:
Some boards and cables in the ThermoFlex carry hazardous voltage signals.
Make sure that you known whether or not a board or cable is carrying hazardous
voltage before disconnecting the cable or servicing the board.
