Tailstock balancer sensors not functioning.

Cause

• Individual sensor has failed.
• The highflex cable that moves with the vacuum hose has failed.

Solution

• Although serviceable, these sensors require more time and effort then the average to replace. The tailstock lock and the cylinder location sensors share one connector and therefore must all be replaced at the same time. The balance weight location sensor is the most likely to be damaged and can be replaced on its own.
• If the highflex cable has failed, replaced it as an entire assembly (cable, drum vacuum hoses, pneumatic lines, and the balancer cylinder).
