Problem loading half size thick plates


Product		ThermoFlex^® Wide II

Symptoms		When loading a half size thick plate (for example: 2000 mm x 700 mm x 4.7mm), the drum will not move to the leading edge position once the trailing edge has been taped.

Cause		Because the drum is not yet balanced due to the plate format, the drum has difficulty stabilizing and will not move when the down switches are pressed.

Solution		Increase the parameter DRUM ICTS from 5 to 9 and reset the device.
