Symptoms

TFX head cannot be focused

Cause

Z-stage is not in the correct position.

Solution

The Thermoflex Wide II Z-stage must be in the correct position before the TFX head can be properly focused. Use the Manually Zeroing the TFX Head to a Plate or Sleeve procedure to correctly calculate the Z-stage position to overcome TFX head zeroing problems.
